If you enjoyed the read, please feel free to share itIt’s all about action. I lacked some for the last 3 days; I was nailed by a stomach infection on arrival. But I got it beat. Today I built the bike up and took a ride up the Tonle Sap to ascertain that everything was ticket y-boo. And it is. Have a big meeting at the ROTARY CLUB on Monday. I think it will be very fruitful (they are super-active all over SE Asia and have, just for example, a data-base of thousands of amps). Thursday, it’s Veteran’s Int’l and the biggest rehab centre in Cambodia. I gotta make me some mirrors. Tomorrow I’m going to have my favorite, erm, ‘glazier’ cut me 200 pieces of acrylic to length (arms ‘n legs). I’ve never ordered so many before. It’s only ‘cuz I can. Thanks to all that donated to this mission via either SSG or this...

If you enjoyed the read, please feel free to share itI’m just getting started here, man (while I’m packing for Cambodia). This here is to ALPS a maker of fine silicon liners for diverse prosthetics. I’ve a horrible number of amps in Cambodia with non-healing, septic wounds (tropics) caused by shitty liners and ill-fitting sockets. These guys could help eliminate that curse all together … so I’m all over THEM, cuz I’m allover IT! http://www.easyliner.com/skin-reliever.php Hi Guys, I’m an AK amp and have founded my own one-man org called : meandmymirror.org. Check out my blog at that address for more info on my mission. In short, I travel all over the world to impoverished/conflict zones to help relieve phantom limb pain among amputees there through the use of mirror therapy. I’m leaving again for a 3 month mission to Cambodia/Laos on Feb 15. Here is where ALPS comes in: I’m a happy customer. I’ve used your liners for years. It has come to my attention, a heartbreaking number of times, that many, many of the BK amps especially, in Cambodia, have lesions, often septic, caused by both ill-fitting prosthetics and, more importantly by using such things as cheap dirty nylon socks as liners inside their sockets. My proposal, in short, is that you join me in helping alleviate their misery by providing me with all of the silicon liners you can spare (only size small will do it). They can be seconds/rejects, old stock. Anything is better than what these poor people are resorting too. There are many possible upsides that I believe we can explore. If you have an interest in helping alleviate the profound misery there, I could, literally, be your vehicle. Warmly, Stephen...
