Giardia Lamblia. Can’t seem to shake them. Tenacious little devils, and the cure (in this case Tinidazole) is, at the moment, worse than the pestilence: headache, neckache, vertigo, cramps, bloating, trembling, extreme lethargy. It goes on. At least for the moment I’m not enduring ‘explosive diarrhea’ which can be a real show-stopper.
